Description of COF

Part 1

I have often heard many people questioning what COF is and how it works and why it goes bad. So I thought that here I will tell the details of it and also tell some COF data.

It was in the 1998 when it was first used that it was presented as a substitute for many factors. COF was first used on a small scale, but in a very short period of time, its use increased greatly. First, it was used in mobile phones, which soon began to be used on a large scale, i.e. on a large screen. And the fact is that it has proved to be a masterpiece of the screen world which is now moving forward very fast.

Now coming to the question of people what it is and how it works

COF The circuit board and the screen with which they are connected together is called COF . COF  is an abbreviation and its full form is chip-off film.

You must know that the circuit board cannot be connected to the direct panel, so the panel is connected to the circuit board with the help of this cable, from which the circuit can transfer its data to the panel with the help of the cable and when The COF  transfers the data to the screen well, then the colors start to scatter on the screen.

Sometimes, for any reason, the COF becomes a problem, then it starts to appear on the screen, sometimes the screen becomes clear, sometimes it can be black, and sometimes there are streaks in it. are beginning to appear. If there is a problem with something too much, nothing is displayed on the screen. Hope you got the answer to your questions.

What's in this post?

As you know that panels and circuit boards are different, so are COF. When they are different, in the same sense, their data is also different and they are so small in size that even their data is written on them.

Sometimes there is a great need for COF data to diagnose a fault, because if we know COF data, it becomes very easy for us to detect the fault. What is in the middle between the circuit and the panel are the COF.

If we know the data of the COF , then we will be able to check the data on the COF , from which we will know whether the fault is in the circuit board or the panel. Keeping this in mind, I am uploading many graphs of COF here for your convenience, any COF data you want to see, search its number here and you will get its data. You will be able to do your work easily.
